Fortified, dfenesive conctruction will all be formulated of 4 fundamental materials elements.
Concrete slurry
Milled, reclaimed consumer car tyre rubber, to course sand consistency
Cupric (high copper ratio) carbide reinforcement reo mesh and reo bar.
Mortar will be conctrete slurry and fine milled, reclaimed tyre rubber, to beach sand cosistency
Bricks can be painted or the structure can be rendered.
To ascertain the correct ratios of the subances the most efficient process would be to test the de-formation ™ force of the comoposites for nine calibrations.
Two materials would maintain standard ratios to those of steel reinforced concrete while 1 other material would be presented in 3 distinctive, low, medium and high concentrations. That would result in 9 database scriptable calibrations for 3 sets of material performace variables. Once the variables are programmed, the database records may be cross-tabulated for precise, tailored calibration.
At optimum restistive ratio the polycrete structures will be somewhat flexible and low in brittleness. They will resist multiple relatively high impacts for that reason. Brittle bollards may respond affirmatively to one artillary shell or explosive strike, as opposed to the restorative bollard de-formation of Tyacrete ™. Earthquake proof structures will also rise from the materials innovation.
