Prevention of the potentially criminal and civil legal and publicity risks to governments of sexual assault, by their military and first responder employees is a warrant for protective underwear. Private security services share similar concern.
The business earnings are potentially global and continuous, annually. At 3% of the population, 240 million people serve in that commercial capacity. The product solution is one use only, to be used daily on duty, including peace time, for the military. Economies of scale significantly maintain low prices for the otherwise price challenging fabrication.
It is underwear with an ultra thin inner lining of soft woven cotton, followed by a thick layer of Gore-tex. That very swiftly and surely draws away moisture. The next layer is a mesh of 10 mm x 10 mm square holes in the hardest, brittle iron carbide chain link of 2.5 mm links with an inner spatial ring of 3 mm in longer diameter. That would be covered with a double layer of Gore-tex. A 25 mm high, nylon, comfortably insulated, titanium carbide padlock would secure the garment from being removed. The sample image is for early concept, only.
It would be opened by a security officer and security witness, only of the same sex as the wearer, for their mutual safety. That will all prevent prosecution or civil litigation, including WTO tariffs. It is the only responsible, immediate course for all governments and security companies.
As an important compliment, similar gauntlets must be worn by military personnel, police officers and security officers while on duty. The chain links would be 1.5 mm thick to a hole of 2mm. The squares would remain at 10 mm by 10 mm square intervals.
That neutralises most arousal from tactile, bodily interference. From that follows a defensible future for the affected organisations with little riskor threat to financial indemnity.
