3 dimensional imagery is possible by increasing image contrast with more full spectrum brightness in the foreground, while the major part of the image, the background, remains at the minimal contrast level. Contrast is generated by decreasing the intensity of the image in the darker background. That sharpens the overall image or lends it greater fidelity. The image may be visual or auditory.

When correctly followed, this technique will deliver 3 dimensional imagery without any requirement for 3 dimensional image filtering glasses. The imagery will increase in dimensional effect for light or sound. Cinema and home theatre would benefit from this powerful evolutionary leap forward.
