  1. r ^2 = x ^ 2 + y ^ 2,

  2. r = ( x ^ 2 + y ^ 2 ) ^ 1/2

  3. 2 * Pi * r = C, 1

  4. r = 1 / 2 * Pi,

  5. r, 1 / 2 * Pi = ( x ^ 2 + y ^ 2 ) ^ 1/2,

  6. x, y = 7/22

  7. 1 / 2 * Pi = 7/22 + 7/22,

  8. 1 / 2 * Pi = 14/22,

  9. 2 * Pi = 22/14,

  10. Pi = 22/7

22/7 is not an approximation for Pi. It is the accurate and precise ratio of circumference (22) to diameter (7). Corroborate that with the article, Pi Fully Defined from an Improper Fraction Function.
