To achieve the most accurate and precise radar performance or for best radio performance, an universal, mast antenna is proposed to fulfil the dual requirement.
A standard, very narrow conductive, metal loop stands tall as the basic antenna. It is lightly, electrically insulated an covered from its base to almost its full height, save for the tip, by a well insulated, conductive, reflective fitted, tubular sheath.
The barely exposed sheath should have enough exposure above the sheath to emit and receive a horizontal wave portion of spherical wave of 360° or Pi rad ( when unit diameter = 1 m ). The vertical axes should be offer a spherical wave portion of 270° or 3 * Pi / 4 rad, under the same initial conditions. It should be a 135° or 3 * Pi / 8 arc from the uppermost vertical point past the horizontal, towards the lowest point of the tip.
The inverter gate produces a full, original voltage amplification and no observable signal at standard gain, as the transmitter wave guide. In reverse configuration, the inverter works as a high gain receiver to convert the low gain radar or radio signal into a fully amplified signal from passing the reverse inverter. The gains can be increased via the amplification of two electrical power, reverse inverters (power amplifiers) rather than less powerful electronic signal, reverse inverter circuits.
