Photoelectric power can be generated a lot more conveniently than by the traditional, silicon cell, photovoltaic panel. To boost the photoelectric power gain of the panel generators, a unique input voltage must be applied for each power generating system. See Xerqon Blog, Quantum VPN.

The replacement technology has one copper plate face, hydrogen peroxide anodised to complete a thermocouple.

The plating requires two electrodes on diametrically opposite corners. One electrode will be on the anodised face and the other electrode will connect exclusively to the bare copper plate. Polyimide (CPI) will coat the entire panel componentry.

The electrodes must carry electric power to the load via lowest possible resistance conductors. That delivers the field effect photoelectric power plate generator.
