Marketers stew over what new contortionist act they will have to perform to reach their target market.

By updating every mobile phone operating system to become an opt in marketing portal, via the phone’s native email application, Marketing 4.0 (See the article) can reach every phone user, globally.

The first email sent by the handset manufacturer to customers will advise them that the operating system owner will be delivering offers to the customers via a rich email service. The will offer only quality advertising with embedded multimedia.

Occasionally material prizes will be randomly awarded to users, only if the users allow their awards to be advertised without any of their identifiers being used.

The advertising may supplement or completely pay for handset over time. If they own the handset outright phone bills may be paid for by the marketers.

Cheap or poorly responded to advertising and media would bring the continuous marketing service to an abrupt conclusion. All marketing collateral should be market-tested for audience response, before ever presenting to the email list of marketing, to be read and interacted with for 20 minutes, minimum daily, in time block allotment. The user may opt for marketing volume to earn more points for other suppliers, such as credits for supermarket shopping.

When shopping the user could QR scan their favourite products, whether purchased or not, in a short and fixed character count review. The review can be shared across a multi-operating system, portal to the whole world, at tremendous financial value.
