Prologue
Economic Benefits
In the 21st we are obliged to save water as never before, as the supply does not grow with our population increase, and industrial and farming growth requires it. The next global reserve commodity is likely to be drinkable water as it is rare while common to most of the world in its scarce supply.
That augers well for sound currency management if its value is wholly and exclusively pegged to the value of drinkable water. It would serve as a superlatively respected currency and interest rates regulator. The HydroVein™ water distillery represents the nearest analogue to a gold or silver forge of the past 500 years, before the obvious departure to pure fiat currency.
The system's national by nation wide deployment will protect each of those nation's water supplies from volume reduction, as well from unscheduled maintenance events.
Function
The purpose of the scalable plumbing system is to take regular, grey water (not toilet sewage) from the home and industry drains and reprocess it as drinkable water again. It is recommended that the plumbing system be installed at the free-standing house level or at the common strata or industrial building application. It should be under the floor, prior to the steam production, and above the ceiling for the remainder.
For human consumption safety do not employ the use of polymers in any portion of the system, including extra filters.
Water will drain after water apliance use.
The mixture or suspension is filtered through a fine sand filter to remove solids.
The mixture then passes a sea salt hopper to be sanitised of microbe.s
Brine is then heated by an array of high carbon content, Carbide pipes which are simultameously heating elements.
The non-corrosive piping exploits a balance of high brine surface area and low liquid depth, returning broad cross-section to great length containment piping in the array.
The array is an electric evaporator system which liberates steam upwards.
The steam is directed down non-corrosive copper condenser coil-piping to libertate steam heat and to condense liquid water from the water vapour/steam.
Collected water is piped to a water tank with a salts and turbidity monitor - (a) conductivity and (b) light emitting diode (LED) light permittivity meter.
When (a) or (b) is above the lesser of health department or customer experience guarantee levels, water must be reintroduced from the mains water supply until the water tank is filled.
21st century water supply has never looked so secure.
