Ideal tooling, made according to the design technology discussed, would best be constructed from carbides such as iron carbide for most applications or tungsten carbide for glass cutting. At the correct carbon to metal saturation or concentration, the subsequent, expected material is metal diamondoid.

The following brief includes a mathematical function which will calculate and draft the shape of a pointed tip dremel, as above. It will also entail a helix, as indicated in the final function.

a = amplification, in metres

b = coefficient

h = Cartesian axis phase shift, in metres

x = path length, in metres

 x = ( Pi * ( a [ base ]/2 ) ) * ( ( a [ length ]^ 2 - ( ( a [ length ] * b ) ^ 2 ) ^ 1/2 ) ^ 1/2 ) * ( arcsin ( a [ helix ] ) + h )

Plot only the vertical section, after '( Pi m * ( a/2 ) )', to gauge the dimensions of the vertical section.
