Gas Fractionation Via Valve Sequestration & Distillation Column Array

Gases can be better separated than is currently done by a traditional distillation column. No more than approximately 3 distallations should be required to match current distillation methodology. That is significant for fuel refinement, oxygen and other atmosheric gas extractions, and for the alcohol and volatile fluid production industries.

Distallation columns work better if under at least one order of magnitude more pressure. The seperation of gases then occur by forcing them at their critical pressure (pratial pressure) column heights via expulsion valves, calibrated to that individual pressure. No backflow occurs, and the gases exit only at the correct pressure.

The most effective sequestration method would be to take one sequential array of mixed gas volume to pump through a single spring-loaded valvle-sequestration column and separate the upper, most volatile gas component only.

When the pressure falls below calibrated, partial pressure, the valve will close off any further flow (of the incorrect gas components). The separated gas can then be condensed via a gas condensation column of very low corrosive copper carbide piping, with a heat sink array of pin-fins. Repeat the entire sequence until all gases are extracted.
