Introduction
For each example of technology, please test at a scale no greater than of approximately 1 m total toroidal diameter. For both the propulsion and power example, the devices must be charged to the maximum constant and uniquely rated voltage from the beginning to the conclusion of operation.

Abstract (Halo Drive, Exclusively)
The following sets the experimental parameters to test an electrically engineered product. Its purpose is to propel an electromagnetic manifold, HaloDrive, along the direction of its air-core axis. Aligning HaloDrives along their core axes (perpendicular to the toroidal plane) offers greater power when the drives work confluently.
Simplicity of propulsion modality dictates that minimum operating and necessarily unique voltage be applied to the solid, toroidal manifold. The operating voltage is the maximum voltage in (1) E = P * t, ( V [ unique ] + V ) * I * t. The charge evolution then increases over time change. Reverse voltage to reverse direction of motion.
From the equation 2.4, below, the solely variable portion of kinetic energy is represented by
E = ( ( V ^ 2 ) / R ) * t
Where changing V will proportionately change the current, V/R. Current is a function of spatial density. When under pre-existing voltage or, as also understood, electrical amplification, the current change will undergo self-induction to restore the original current. That is only possible in an alternative spatial density which would match the current change, prior to spatial displacement. Always higher current or power density for a farther distance, proportionately.
Methodology
To perform its task the following 4 observations must be met.
The toroidal electromagnet must be powered by voltage which is unique among all of technology’s voltages. Use a voltage VPN of coefficient of ‘a’.

"V" is variable, and may change as much as necessary. The expression V [ i ] will remain amplified at 2 * V [minimum] at the very least, at all times while the total voltage is applied.
The unique potential difference prevents electrical amplification sharing with electrical circuits of identical voltage anywhere in the spacetime - i.e. with any similarly voltage rated circuit in space and time. The power sharing or power sink phenomenon is known as quantum power sink.
To move in any given axis susch as the vertical, up or down direction, the voltage must be amplified. The current magnitude and polarity determines the expected direction and distance respectively. An explanation is provided, below.
At intermediate amplifaction the field propulsion engine is expected to hover in the presence of an opposing acceleration such as Earth gravity.
The individual engines' thrusts must be vectored along their axes of their air cores.
The engine must operate only with direct current (DC). The charge spins about, orthogonal to the toroidal axis. It does not flow through the toroid like water through a halo shaped pipe. It is the charge spin dependent dimension of current field which revolves around ther large loop. 2 electrodes, either side of the cleave will be placed directly on the metal cleave ends of the torus.

The infinitesimal electron revolution is known as electron rotation or electron spin. At the quantum diameter of spin the rotation is known quantum spin. It is a continuous motion of spin, rather than simply a moment of spin. It is spin momentum or time evolution of spin moment. An electron’s quantum spin is spin down or negative quantum spin. The opposite is positron or hole spin - the spin of an electron with opposite axial rotation. (Matinga 2026)

The current, above, revolves along the anticlockwise direction of the larger black circular axis in the image, ‘Torus’, above. The charge spins in the perpendicular, smaller loop - out at the centre of the toroidal and into the page from the outer edge of the toroidal.
In the device example, above, the most resistive element, other than the negligibly low resistance of the single aluminium winding, is the inductance. There should be one very thick winding with an inner diameter of 1/10 of the outer diameter, until better laboratory-calibrated . The smallest outer diameter should be no less than 1 m - similarly as an early stage calibration.
The single winding should turn and close in a C-shape format by moulding a solid halo and cutting only one perfect cross-section across the torus. Fill the thin section with Polybenzimidazole (PBI) or higher performance polymer, as high temperature, electrical insulation, to thinly cover the entire object.
To mimic an electron (negative voltage, axial rotation), a steady current must circulate through the wire windings, anticlockwise, according to the image, for an outward from the page, south to north magnetic or spatial field. The time field is charge evolution which is equivalent to time evolution of constant current.
The charge evolution is determined as time evolution. Voltage is the field responsible for spatial evolution or cosmic inflation (the continuing Big Bang). Time evolution is the physics analogue of the world line in physics philosophy - the primary continuum or independent dimension.
Gaussian theory combined with Orthogonality Law states, as extended Orthagonality Law, that field lines tangential to those entering and exiting an enclosed surface (manifold) must be of equal number surrounding the entire manifold. (Matinga 2026)
The magnetic parallel magnetic fields of the entire universe must be common to the core of the magnet, according to Orthogonal Law. The outer field line count must also be the inner field count. Amplifying the voltage will amplify the current or increase its frequency (electric field density). Applying negative voltage to the presenting voltage reverses that frequency relating to the current. Current is the position variable.
The harmonic or scalar density increase of current will be propagated to the power as well. That changes the field density of the artificial virtual particle or electromagnetic revolution generated by the electromagnetic (artificial electron), to induce frequency drift to match a transition of spatial densities over the evolution of time.
The expected result is spacetime field drift of the electromagnet to a relativistically denser (farther away) or, in simpler terms, a relativistically high frequency location in spacetime. The current rotational direction determines the propulsion direction.
Spatial densities are rarified or condensed by the net gravity of celestial bodies.

HaloPower Generation
The HaloDrive, when at maximum sustainable, constant voltage, for high conductive, gravitating mass, may be used as an electrical power generator (HaloPower generator) - amplifying gravitational force (negative electromagnetic force), producing more, constant charge. The product of absolutely unique voltage and any appropriate charge is energy also understood as power supply or power evolution, in that case.

The gravitationally accelerated electron field will be forced around the toroidal circuit by the reactive electromotive force (EMF).
The entire generator may be made of mats of spiralling, conductive material as the toroidal circuitry component or device. It may be housed in a ceiling or under-floor cavity of any building, including homes.
The most ideal placement of Halo Power generators is the deep ocean floor, generally off the continental shelf or at the deepest levels of the shelf. That is where the effects of gravity are at their optimum while maintaining the technology in safe sequestration from potential human intervention.
Conclusion - The Matinga Field
The Matinga field is the field derived from the product of current and time evolution. It is charge evolution. The product interaction of current and time will be known as the Matinga Field.
Expected Target Market
The global, personal protection and facilities protection markets are the markets which offer significant volume of combined Halo technology. Semi-automated, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) with mounted surveillance systems and, potentially, pilot controlled weapons will almost certainly prove a global commercial drawcard.
Police, UAV units for patrol, surveillance, stealthy pursuit, and tactical response will be an extended series of applications for the technology.
For the two sets of applications, avionics and weapons self-destruct, by heat fusion, must be integrated into the civilian platforms.
