The least distracting tools for effective and productive conference meetings in this 21st century is #Google and #WhatsApp - both with video and audio disabled, in business mode. Video audio recording would only be enabled for the security CA (Certifcation Authority) #WhatsApp must include screen sharing to compete for screen view.
Video and Audio both represent legally onerous distractions for professional meetings. They are for social meetings only. ©
