Business know how is information which will always promote change in any congruent organisation, industry or market. By this definition it constitutes an industrial process - a patentable process technology.

If patentable, the know how can be registered in a perpetual or variable private, legal agreement. It does not need to be carried forward by a government, Intellectual Property register.
