According to CoinLaw, 2025, the annual, global losses to credit card fraud are estimated at USD 40 billion.

To bring this figure down to as close to zero as possible, all future cards must not display a security code.

The alternative is to display the dynamic or variable security code as a 3 digit component of a 6 digit, SMS, One Time Password. Each password should be valid for 1 minute on the database management system. On the phone, the time before a new password may be presented is also one minute - delayed or time period-shifted by 2 full seconds.

The card database manager may select any combination of 6 numbers and permutation of 3 numbers, from1 of 10 possible, unique values each. That emergent, 3 digit number sequence must be pre-agreed on the banking application, servicing the credit or debit card. The card security code selection is read from the mobile phone and written to the field where it is required of the customer to do so..
