TransmitAll Anticorruption Workflow

The product is a web platform to replace traditional paper, Post Office mail. According to Geri Mileva of Clean Mail, in March 2025, 'That year, the number of emails sent per day is expected to hit 378 billion.'

A formal electronic, workflow order, web platform is proposed. The primary customer would be body corporate organisations.

1. When an organisation’s employee communicates with any other party they will be required to populate (generate) a correspondence thread to of all proceedings, for the legal record.

   
   

2. The platform will prioritise each communication on two criteria: original or constant time and financial value, as well the variable component of the same criteria.

   
   

3. The priority algorithm is

   ( ( time_elapsed ^ (1/2) ) ^ 2 ) * cost

   
   

   time_elapsed will be calculated from a time interval.

   
   

   cost will be expressed as number with 0 decimal places.

   
   

4. There should be a Varchar, text field of a 1000 character maximum.

   
   

5. There must be an option to attach files.

   
   

6. The platform will append, to the message, the free email addresses of the sender and receiver.

   
   

7. One further Varchar field will take the thread opening and closing signature of the unit manager.

The preferred platform would be a web messaging service.
