The platform is for a web platform to replace traditional paper mail. According to Geri Mileva of Clean Mail, in March 2025, 'This year, the number of emails sent per day is expected to hit 378 billion.' A formal electronic mail service targeting business is proposed. It would simply deliver mail via database field population, in a web console. It is a requirement of use that once the licensing agreement is made with Xerqon Pty Ltd, the architecture is shared with all partners via a facsimile agreement with partners who confirm their own commitment to the licensing contract.

The content of the database disclosed is easily file encrypted for safer communication. The database architecture, below, is not a traditional schema. It is meant for quick reference.
