The resistors are rated and placed to direct power flow.
Phase shifts of the voltage flow changes are indicated by the nomenclature + n * Pi / 2, where n is a natural number.
The highest rated resistor, R [1], is the first resistor from the voltage source, V [c].
The lowest resistive component is R [5]. It is designed to be a near, short circuit to draw the emitter power.
The two R [2] resistors are directly intermediate in resistive rating.
Since only resistors and conductors are used, without semiconductor material, the two non-semiconductor transistors can be rated to any power level which electronic or electrical devices can pass.
The logic can tested on electronics breadboards.
